Privacy Policy

Coming from a highly “confidential” work environment, I hold Privacy, Confidentiality, Integrity and Reliability as Core Values, to be embraced and upheld.

Being well aware of privacy issues and concerns, rest assured ALL correspondence and written material is held in strictest confidence before, and during the course of performing the work. My policy sees that once work has been completed, and the Customer has received all applicable deliverables (documents) on their system (with additional backups recommended), all documentation related to the job is deleted from my system (unless otherwise specifically requested by the Customer e.g. for ongoing work purposes). 

As such, I pledge not to divulge any of your personal, or project (work) information and details to any third party. In pursuance of this principle, and as applicable to this business, I comply with South African law as well as embrace and uphold the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (valid July 2018), applicable outside of European Economic Areas (EEA) to services done for data subjects within the EEA.
The same approach and general principles of the GDPR as applicable this business, apply to all work irrespective of the location of Customers.
